2. Dubplate & Music Services

  • All dubplate and jingle orders are custom and non-refundable once production begins.
  • Delivery times depend on artist availability.
  • Unauthorized resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Artist Bookings

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Full balance must be paid before the event.
  • Refunds are only issued if the artist cancels.

4. Merchandise

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 7 days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Payments

We accept payments through trusted third-party processors. All transactions are secure. Chargebacks without prior contact are not allowed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of PantaSon Music LLC. Reproduction or distribution without permission is not allowed.

7. Privacy

Your use of the site constitutes agreement with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

PantaSon Music LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages from your use of this site.
